 Dash-s is a company incorporated in Rwanda, with partners around the world (i.e.USA, UK, India, Luxemburg and South Africa). We are located in Rwanda's ICT Park, -formally Telecom House- Boulevard de l'Umuganda, Kacyiru, Kigali.
